*Associate Attorney Position:*
We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join primarily on the criminal side of our practice. This position is best suited for an attorney in the early stages of their career who is hungry to learn, eager to gain courtroom experience, and ready to build a strong foundation in criminal law.
This role centers on handling a misdemeanor criminal defense caseload. You will be in court daily (or multiple times per day) managing hearings, negotiating with prosecutors, and advocating for clients.
In addition, there will be opportunities to collaborate with senior attorneys on serious felony cases and, for those interested, personal injury matters, including catastrophic and wrongful death litigation.

*Associate Attorney’s Responsibilities:*
* Manage and represent clients in misdemeanor criminal cases, including daily travel to and from court.
* Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda with precision and clarity.
* Assist in case strategy development alongside senior attorneys, leveraging our collective experience to build the strongest possible case.
* Exercise a high degree of discretion with an emphasis on client satisfaction.
* Collaborate with coworkers to ensure an exceptional client relationship through internal firm communication.
*Requisite Qualifications and Attributes:*
* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
* Licensed to practice law in Arizona.
* Strong research and writing skills.
* Excellent oral advocacy and communication abilities.
* A collaborative spirit with a desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a team-first culture.
