About the Role

The Company is in need of a Chief Risk Officer (CRO) to join their team. The CRO will be instrumental in the development and implementation of a comprehensive risk management strategy, with a focus on identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could affect business operations, project outcomes, and the company's reputation. This senior role requires a candidate with a strong background in risk management, particularly within the construction industry, and the ability to effectively manage the complex risk landscape. Key responsibilities for the CRO include conducting regular risk assessments, overseeing insurance programs, managing change order processes, providing guidance on contracts, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
