Job Overview
Construction Laborer; be an essential part of construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that work sites are safe and organized. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
• Help with the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding, barricades, and other structures.
• Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation
• Good attendance and punctuality required
• Must be dependable and willing to complete the project at hand from start to finish
• Ability to follow directions accurately and efficiently.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety equipment is a plus.
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction work.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to completing tasks safely.

$20 - $25/hour
