Invoice for tutoring sessions; Varsity Tutors handles payments and administrative logistics. What We Look For In a Tutor Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style. Expertise in Elementary Math with the ability to explain concepts clearly. Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles. Priority given to those with tutoring experience, teaching experience, and graduate-level education. Benefits Earn incrementally higher pay for each session with the same student—up to $40/hour.
