Dignity Health Medical Group Northridge is seeking a Board-Certified FM Physician to join our established outpatient primary care practice in Northridge, CA . This opportunity is ideal for a physician looking to work in a collaborative, mission-driven setting that emphasizes long-term patient relationships and quality care.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Full-time outpatient Family Medicine Physician position
• Join a collaborative and experienced team of physicians and advanced practice providers
• Manage a diverse patient population, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric care
• Emphasis on preventative care , chronic disease management, and wellness
• Access to on-site lab, imaging , and specialty care services
• No inpatient or hospital call responsibilities

What We Offer

• Competitive salary, sign on and relocation assistance
• Salary Range: $250,000 - 290,000 annually + productivity incentives
• Sign on Bonus up to $125k
• Relocation Assistance up to $20k

• MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA certification
• Passion for primary care with experience in preventive medicine and chronic disease management and minor office procedures
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
