With 30+ Physicians, PAs, NPs, and Dietitians, the practice offers a one-stop patient experience with integrated Primary Care, Urgent Care, Radiology, Physical Therapy, Labs, Dietitian Services, GI, Rheumatology, Neurology, Nephrology, Sleep Medicine, Pulmonology, Podiatry, and General Surgery services.
We combine traditional medicine with modern delivery, including telehealth integration for 20 to 30 percent of visits and strong administrative support, allowing clinicians to focus on high-quality patient care.
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing outpatient primary care team in Hopewell, NJ. This role includes managing a mix of Primary Care and optional Urgent Care visits in a collaborative, technology-driven environment.
This position is ideal for Internists who value continuity of care, clinical autonomy, and long-term growth opportunities within a physician-owned organization.
40 clinical hours per week
Choice of 4x10-hour or 5x8-hour weekday schedule
Saturday rotation approximately every 1 in 6 weeks
Home call approximately every 1 in 9 weeks
100 percent outpatient-only practice
Provide comprehensive adult primary care and wellness services
Manage acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based approaches
Participate in optional urgent care coverage as needed
Leverage telemedicine for follow-up and continuity of care
Utilize M-Modal dictation software and optional scribe support to maintain documentation efficiency
Collaborate with multidisciplinary specialists to ensure quality outcomes
Demonstrate leadership, initiative, and strong interpersonal communication with staff and patients
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Active New Jersey Medical License, CDS, and DEA
Excellent bedside and webside manner
Technologically proficient and adaptable to EMR systems
Leadership mindset with a team-oriented approach
Must pass background, reference, and malpractice checks
J-1 waiver eligible
