Experienced Legal Secretary

About the Role
Key Staffing is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join a dynamic and professional legal team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative environment while supporting attorneys across a variety of practice areas, including business transactions, litigation, estate planning, probate, labor and employment, intellectual property, and more.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum of five years of experience as a legal secretary.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact with clients in a polite, professional, and efficient manner.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and resourceful approach to work.
• Experience with client intake, document preparation, and general secretarial duties.

Compensation, Benefits, and Perks

• Base salary range: $52,000 to $80,000 per year (commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications).
