Insurance Litigation Attorney – New Jersey
Location: Madison, NJ (Hybrid)
A respected regional law firm is seeking a litigation attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its growing insurance litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to deepen their practice in insurance matters within a supportive and established platform.
What You’ll Do:
Manage and litigate a range of insurance-related matters, including coverage disputes
Draft pleadings, handle discovery, and participate in depositions and court proceedings
Collaborate with a high-performing team on complex and high-stakes cases
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of litigation experience; insurance coverage experience strongly preferred
Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required ; New York Bar admission is a plus
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
Strong organizational abilities and a collaborative mindset
