We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our Client Services Team and play a key role in promoting our firm while orchestrating memorable events that reflect our brand and culture. What You’ll Do Firm Support Coordinate with internal departments and external counsel Assist Client Services Team with special projects Assist attorneys with special projects Event Coordination Plan and execute internal and external events (meetings, conferences, team-building activities, etc.) Manage event logistics including venues, vendors, and timelines Assist with marketing efforts Collaborate with team to align events with company goals Provide on-site support and post-event follow-up Coordinate travel and accommodations What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in a professional office setting Proven experience planning and managing events Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to juggle multiple priorities with grace and precision Proficiency in Microsoft Office Bonus Points Experience in a corporate or law firm setting Familiarity with file management systems Creative flair for event design and branding Why Join Us A collaborative and supportive team culture Opportunities to grow in both legal and event management tracks Competitive salary and benefits A chance to make a real impact across departments Ready to bring your marketing and event magic to our team?
