About The Position$332,800 + Bonus | Full-Time | 12-Hour Night Shifts

Position Highlights:
Shifts: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), 7 on / 7 off schedule
Average Night Census: 15-18 patients per physician
Support: Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) assist with coverage
No ICU management required - closed ICU
No required procedures
Responsible for rapid responses and codes only
Collaborative, supportive hospitalist team
Base Salary: $332,800/year
Starting Bonus: Up to $40,000 (negotiable during interview)
Relocation Allowance: Based on distance moved

Malpractice coverage with tail
CME allowance & paid time off
Retirement plan with employer matching
Board Certified / Board Eligible (within 5 years) in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Active or eligible New York medical license
DEA certification (or willingness to obtain)
Clean malpractice and license history preferred
Visa: J1 not accepted; H1B considered
Local candidates within 30 miles not eligible
Recent graduates / 2025 candidates encouraged to apply
