Duties / Responsibilities:

• Open and close assigned areas
• Serve patrons from the concession stand
• Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned area
• Provide exceptional customer service while: greeting guests; verifying guest information; assisting and answering guests' questions, etc.
• Complete all paperwork, reports, and other required documentation in a timely manner
• Provide general supervision and assisting children with playing in area
• Enforcing program rules and safety regulations, following proper emergency procedures
• Assisting with planning and overseeing birthday parties and special events
• Clean, organize, restock, and maintain equipment and supplies in bathrooms, play areas and other assigned areas
• Enforces agency and program rules and policies in a courteous manner
• Reports and responds to issues and emergencies promptly
• Easily follow oral and written instructions in a fast-paced environment
• Provide relevant information to guests, including but not limited to playground rules, waivers and pricing policies

• Prolonged periods of standing
• Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time
• Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and the like.
• Operating machinery and/or power tools.
• Must have reliable transportation
