What you will do

• Handson laboratory role for the inhouse development and optimization of oligonucleotide synthesis and analytical methods
• Conjugation of lipids, carbohydrates and other building blocks to be used for therapeutic oligonucleotide delivery
• Lead internal and external crossdiscipline collaborations to advance an RNA therapeutic preclinical pipeline including mentoring junior scientists
• Liaise with external CRO partners to implement and scale synthetic methodologies
• Contribute to overall strategy, including intellectual property planning and competitive landscape assessment

Basic Qualifications

• PhD and 2 years of relevant industry experience
• Masters degree and 5 years of relevant industry experience
• Bachelors degree and 7 years of relevant industry experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Leadership/mentoring experience
• Ability to effectively communicate within crossfunctional teams
• Experience managing and developing relationships with external vendors

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
