What You'll Do: Operate as a primary point of contact for emergency response and/or security-related communications at the location. Monitor and dispatch security-related personnel to respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Maintain accurate logs and documentation of all incoming calls, incidents, and dispatched activities. Communicate with team members and other stakeholders to provide timely updates and information relevant to ongoing situations. Follow site-specific procedures and policies while delivering customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel. Coordinate with security-related teams to help to deter unauthorized activities and support site operations within the aero and defense environment. Assist in emergency response activities as directed, supporting Allied Universal standards and protocols. Minimum Requirements: A minimum of three years combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possession of a college degree is required. An armed guard card or license is required. Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Experience with handcuffs, pepper spray, and/or baton is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
