As a Senior Piping Designer , you’ll play a key role in developing piping layouts, coordinating with multi-discipline teams, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of project deliverables — all while mentoring others and contributing to the success of complex engineering projects. Key Responsibilities Execute detailed piping design using 2D and 3D modeling tools (e.g., Hexagon SmartPlant S3D, Autodesk Plant 3D). Review vendor drawings, develop design estimates, and manage assigned design tasks within schedule and budget. Lead multi-office project execution and ensure adherence to client scope, standards, and technical expectations. Identify and communicate design changes promptly to maintain project quality and progress. Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and technically proficient design environment. Qualifications Associate’s degree (AA) in Computer Aided Drafting and Design or a related technical field. Minimum 15 years of piping design experience. Advanced working knowledge of 2D/3D piping design and modeling software (Hexagon SmartPlant S3D, Autodesk Plant 3D). Preferred Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Forward-thinking mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and innovation. Ability to learn quickly and expand technical expertise.
