Job Summary:

This role is essential for supporting experienced craftsmen in various sheet metal projects, providing guidance, and ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Education and Experience:

• Preferred high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 18-24 months of related experience or training is required.

Skills and Abilities:

• Experience in assembling hoods and sheet metal HVAC units.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints accurately.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for effective service issue resolution.
• Safe and proper usage of tools and equipment.
• Experience in delivering quality customer service.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Professionalism in handling disruptions and challenges.
