This is a remote position.
The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing the company’s social media strategy across all digital platforms to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support marketing goals. This role involves managing content creation, community engagement, analytics, paid social advertising, and staying up to date on social trends to ensure the brand maintains a strong and consistent online presence.
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing goals.
Manage daily posting and engagement across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content — including copy, graphics, videos, and stories.
Oversee social media advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads etc.).
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and brand mentions to build community and maintain reputation.
Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with design, PR, content, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and maximize campaign impact.
Stay current on emerging social trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
Proven experience with social media management tools .
Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
Familiarity with paid social advertising and audience targeting.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Creativity, adaptability, and an understanding of current trends and pop culture.
