\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 4 ten-hour shifts per week: 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM (weekday call shift)
\n• Call requirements: 4-5 call shifts per 6-week schedule period with 30-minute call back time
\n• Weekday call: 7:30 PM to 7:00 AM, Weekend call: 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM
\n• Work weekends as needed and expected to work 2 of 3 major holidays
\n• No RTO between Christmas and New Years, maximum 7 days RTO per contract
\n• Float to Surgical Center as needed
\n• 24 hours of orientation required
\n• Direct intra OR circulating experience and scrub experience preferred
\n• Experience must support Ortho (Joints, Spine, Sports Injury) and/or General Surgery as priority
\n• Minimum 2 years of experience required
\n• Travel experience required
\n• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA or ARC only)
\n• EPIC charting system experience heavily preferred
\n• Care for patients of all age groups: Adolescents, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics
\n• Work in 8-room OR suite performing approximately 30 procedures per day
\n• Tobacco and fragrance free facility
\n• Complete 5-6 hours of pre-start modules
\n• Manager interview required after clinical screening

\nThis community hospital operates a comprehensive surgical services department with 130 beds and maintains a daily census of less than 110 patients. The facility offers extensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, radiology, and rapid response teams. The organization provides advanced surgical capabilities including Da Vinci robotic systems and specializes in orthopedic, general surgery, and minimally invasive procedures with a focus on quality patient care across all age groups.
